Judicial Handwriting Analysis
Practice, cases and models

Judicial handwriting analysis is a part of the general field of scientific graphology and is currently taught as a post-graduate university course at the Univeridad Autónoma de Barcelona.
Through innumerable graphic examples, the authors explain the most advanced methods for checking and validating the authenticity of signatures, detecting forgeries, verifying manuscripts and anonymous handwritten or typed texts, spotting alterations to documents, and recognizing imitations or forgeries of patents and brands.
The real-life cases that appear in this study clarify and update our understanding of the work of a handwriting analyst.

"Judicial handwriting analysis as a means of proof is not just a minor element within the judicial process, its usefulness is fully recognized by the legal establishment."
José Naval, Magistrate
